Safety First!

Parents and coaches:As usual, IYS continues to address safety as an issue - please review the following with your children:
1. No child is to move or hang on a goal net during an IYS practice or game, nets can be dangerous if caution is not used.
2. No jewelry of any sort ie: earings, watches, necklaces, rings, etc.. should be worn during practices or games. Once again, a child can get seriously hurt if wearing jewelry.
3. Parking at Bialack park has become a safety concern. Cars should not be parked on or near the playing fields. Cars should be parked up by the baseball field or at the church, not at the Hart House.

Key Dates

April 9th	Coaches meeting at the 6th Grade POD from 7-8 pm
April 26th	Season begins, First games
June 7th	Coaches Appreciation at the Hart House, 7-10pm

The Ipswich Youth Soccer league has a zero tolerance for all negative behaviors on and off the field. Please remember that the game of soccer is suppose to be fun for the children to play and fun for the spectators to watch. We thank you (our parents, coaches and children) in advance for maintaining the integrity of our league.
